Finish with repeaters

Repeaters (tankers) They have become a Cancer to the game and the reason why regular players are leaving and dropping the game. You need to stop them, is not possible that they keep the entire drills of every player and that they can play in all campetitions (Cup-Champions-Super League) by winning the previous season (thats how they can keep doing this).

• You need to cut 15-20% their drills so we do not find with 130-150% or even higher teams that have repeated the league.
• Do not allow them to play association.
• Remove players and do not allow them to sign players from the academy.
• Cut the tokens won as penalty for repeating.
