Negotiations - Special contract of 5 seasons unique term/ Mixed Market

There should exist a exclusive contract for players coming from nego's, basically to tackle the excessive movements of a player between teams but same time allowing us to have a better market with more interaction.

So I will suggest that there shound exist a 5 years contract, for players coming from that source and preventing a 2nd sell via Negos.
The game needs to recovery the inteaction that we had in the old market, with a real market involving managers, and having the bot, that was added to resolve the Top Server lack of offers.

So we need a mixed market there too. Bring back the old market.
