Gifting system - use the team inventory as shop

This means we should be able to, buy an item to gift/or allow a manager to get a item we have.

So, to send a gift, or, we pay a tokens value and then we are allowed to gift the item, or, another manager could be allowed to make an offer for the item.
In both cases the gifting would involve Tokens, but we could have a open market where to move old items easily, and too, to prevent some abuses with multi accounts just buying the entire shop, we should not allow send items until the level 6+ is reached.
