This is Cup not champions league. In England The F.A. Cup dont have rule with away goals. If the first match finish 1-0 and the second 2-3 it would be an extra time and if the result is the same or 3-4 or 4-5 there would be penalty shootout. Mby its better if the cup doesnt have the away goal rule.

I think the cup should have the away goal rule. Only because I once won the cup with progressing in the semi-final by the away goal rule with a goal I scored in the 89th minute.

If the result will be 1-1 home and 1-1 away, you will play 120 minutes.

This rule should remains at CL, while in the Cup, if the first match is level then will be replay on the next day or in the next 2 hours, if it is still level then extra time, and finally penalties...
