Ok... let's start.
I have few suggestions about transfers...

1. Manager can not enter in negotiations if he doesn't have at least minimum of player cost.

2. If manager start negotiations and after some time cost of player pass his current money level, negotiations for him automatically stops, but tokens are returned.

3. If manager is in minus with money he can chose what player to sell in order to balance his money level.

4. And last one..... you can add chat in transfer menu or game menu..
