In effort to motivate the players, the stingy accountants have made a RADICAL move and opened the purse to enlarge the bonus for a win from the paltry 875k to the princely 3.75M, even though it will delay the planned larger stadium ground breaking until sometime next Season! I hope they appreciate it!!!
For those of you at my level, wondering how that's even possible(!?) since it goes from 0 to 3.75 on their options... it means I hadn't raised it in many Seasons. At the same time I raised ticket price by a dollar... to $17![]()

I splurged on some T, so decided to train everybody.. on hard.. each type. They were fed green packs after each.
NO INJURIES. I do expect some in the next couple days, however.
I am giving yet more training to those 22 yrs. or younger. Too much stretching, my own fault. Dries Cardi got a 4 day injury.

Since I am doing so poorly in League, I am going to continue training the faster guys.
Also, I will be looking to replace any guys that aren't pulling their weight. Pat McBribe has been sold to f.f.b. cos I found an MC that I can teach a role or two more. I will post a pic when I finish training. Couldn't resist naming him for Pete's brother Harry Ratican

Exactly how many percent is the minimum for safety for the player if we will start a match or training? is it if yellow bar (+/- 50%) are still save to play?

When my guys start a match they are at 95-99%.
At the end of the match they are just into the sickly yellow color, in the upper 70's. Some still green... GK takes naps I think.
I never start a training if the result of the training will leave the player at 75%, and neither too if it won't give them enough time to recover before their next match...
Unless I am feeding green packs and training on hard ('power' training)... but still I put them into green as far as possible without wasting any (green pack=15% max is 99%) before inititating any training. I always click on individuals for training rather than the whole team, or select bench and click off the guys that would be too tired.

Mid season.. it's been a fun League with lots of movement in the rankings.. anything could happen.
I am just going to do my best and hope that's good enough for a Champs League spot when the dust settles:
I'm happy to do well in Group play, but there are a couple of League mates, along with some other very strong teams that did so as well.
I drew 1-1 at his vs. Battistaboom, but hope to beat him soundly at mine. It's likely UniQ Milan will be who I face if I manage that.
