All the training I have done, my red to green pack ratio was really low, better than last time.
I see so many complaints of injury on the forum,
and I really want to ask them
what their training was the 24 hours before,
how tired were the guys, what morale...
but most importantly, where are you in building facilities?
Because I have been the mad builder since day 1, since my goal is to
have 80,000 capacity. 

I have just got the drainage, and I think it actually *does* help.
I also avoided using the stretching training, everytime I used that it seems like a strained thigh or broken ankle happens.
