Great team, however using red arrows on wing backs are a bit risky if you approach the match with own half pressing! (with red arrows on DR/DL, it is better for your team to play whole pitch + offside trap, attack flanks), if you insist to play own half, removing the red arrows will absolutely pay you better! If you have strong wingers + whole pitch, 2 red arrows on 2 STs might help you stopping your opponents' counter attack!
