Usually attacking mentality, down both flanks, pressing own half, hard tackle, mixed passing, zonal marking, no offside, no counter attack, red arrows on AML/AMR and ST

Does hard tackling affect player energy or any injuries/yellow cards?

You'll get more yellow cards but make more tackles
