At the end of this Season you could consider bringing the average Q of the Best 14 down a bit, to ensure a better draw.
You don't need to have many Scout players early levels since many of the teams you face will be less actively managed.

Of course I know that it isn't about the stars, I just felt like building a strong team from level 1 and carry on with it.
