After a flying start to the season the goals have been a bit harder to come by for Foster. In the last 5 league matches Foster has only managed to add one more goal to his tally, with an assist too in those 5 games.
He has managed to get 3 goals in two Champions League games, plus 4 goals and 3 assists in 3 Cup games to add on to his tally however.
The league is really tough this season and even with Foster doing so well Halifax are struggling to keep the top spot. They are currently 1 point clear, but there are a host of clubs behind waiting for any slip up.

-
The goals are still coming, although not as fast as at the start of the season now. 46 for the season to date so far, with 18 assists and 13 MOM's is a very good return for this time in the season.
The nature of the Cup has put Halifax in a very impossible position against much stronger teams and as a result they lost 3-1 in todays first leg. There is very little hope of turning the result around, but with Foster on 49 Cup goals it would be nice if he could get another this season in the second leg to notch up the big 50.
Foster has come up with some important goals in the League recently however as the overall teams performance has been less than impressive. 2 points clear at the top of the table, but not playing well as a team. There is doubts on if Halifax can take the title, but we are still in a strong position due to Foster's impressive start to the season.

-
As expected, the Cup gulf was too big and as a result Halifax have crashed out for another season. Not before Foster managed to get to 50 Cup goals, as well as getting himself an extra assist too. An injury in the league stopped him from adding further goals today, but even with that done, he sits on 48 goals so far this season.
Foster as a result is now on 379 goals for the club, with 171 assists.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/02122015.png
-
A goal in the Champions League, followed by another in the League takes Foster to 50 goals for the season.
Out of the Cup, but with a slender lead in the CL (won first leg 2-1) and a 1 point lead in the league, its still all to play for.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/03122015.png
-
Foster seems to be in a bit of consistent and steady period at the moment, often scoring once in every game. He has done that in the last few, helping Halifax through to the next round in the Champions League, whilst popping up with the winner in the League today.
The only negative on his book is that in todays Champions League game he got his second yellow of the season and as a result will sit out the first leg of the next round with a suspension.
Up to 53 goals for the season though, with 21 assists. A MOM in the League game took him to 14 for the season and as Foster got 1 cone earlier this season in the random daily gifts from friends he has now managed to go from 220 to 221 in quality.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/05122015.png
-
As Foster celebrates his 150th league game the goals look to have dried up. Having had two yellows in the Champions League Foster had to sit out the first leg of the semi final yesterday. He did grab the winner in the league game later on yesterday, but it was another tight game with not much action.
In the last 3 league games Foster has only managed to net once, in the game yesterday, although he has assisted twice too in those games and won one MOM award. His overall performance in the league games has helped to push Halifax to a 8 point lead with 4 games left.
54 goals for the season with a few games left, which isn't a bad return for the season at all, but with such a fantastic start to the season it does feel the second half of it has slowed up a little bit for Foster.
Of course, the ridiculous new league structure isn't helping things either, with Halifax yet again put in a shark league, but it is what it is and the team and Foster have had to adapt accordingly.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/08122015.png
-
Another game and another goal in the league for Foster today. Again, he is scoring almost every game, without really making his mark. In today's Champions League Semi Final Second Leg game however Foster ran the show, scoring twice and assisting twice on route to picking up another MOM. Halifax are through to the Final again thanks to Foster's great dominance today.
The season is coming to an end soon and its been another good one to date for Foster. He has slowed down on his goal return in the last two weeks of the season compared to how quickly and on fire he was at the start of the season, but his overall return, 57 goals and 25 assists to date, is more than acceptable really. 3 more league games (Against the teams in 2nd, 3rd and 4th no less!) and one more Champions League game to go, so it will be interesting to see if Foster can add to his tally.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/09122015.png
-
Foster popped up with the only goal in todays Champions League Final, to give Halifax the cup. The title is also Halifax's now too, although Foster didn't score in todays game - but he did assist twice. Just one more game in the league to go, but its a dead rubber now.
Truth be told I think everyone will be glad to see the back of this season. It started very well for Foster with him scoring for fun, but the last two weeks has seen a bit of a drought - with Foster having gone a long time since he last scored twice in a league game. His assist making has increased whilst his scoring has decreased, so its not all doom and gloom.
58 goals as a return for the season is far from poor too in all fairness. Can't really complain with that. Just one more game to add to it however if possible.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/11122015.png
-
The season is now over, with Foster managing to get one more goal in the last league game of the season.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../12122015A.png
Overall for the season Foster has 59 goals and 27 assists from 48 games. His performances won him 16 MOM awards too. He finishes as both the league scorer and the best average rating winner, whilst being the 2nd best assist maker.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../12122015d.png
The pleasing part this season seems to be Foster's return in the Champions League and in the Cup whilst we stayed in it, where he put in some fantastic performances to end with some very decent figures.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../12122015B.png
This puts his stats to date at the end of the season as the following
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../12122015C.png
Up to 117MOM awards too now.
It is hoped that we will get a kinder league draw next season, as it sucks to be given hard teams every season. The cup is expected to be a joke for us again and with no intention to increase the overall quality of the team next season apart from Foster's power training it will be expected we will be making a speedy exit from that competition.
-
A new season means one thing - Foster is called into training early morning and put through his paces. He is fed green pack after green pack, then given training after more training until simply he can not take any more. To the point where he can't get any better and he is simply the best he can be. Over the threshold of 10 star again after an hour and a bit of non stop power training.
The squad has been supplemented with a few new signings to go along side the new and improved Foster as he looks to keep FC Halifax going on.
The first game of the season was fast approaching too, against a team two leagues above Halifax - and Foster managed to net once as Halifax pulled off a very impressive 3-0 win. Hopefully that's a big enough buffer to hold onto in the second leg - although the teams awaiting Halifax are even harder should they get through.
Back up and running, now as a 24 year old and having already got off the mark for this season.

What an awesome player ,I wish I had a player like him.No offense but did you pay real money to make him 9 stars or was it hard work
-
Its all hard work from farming Tokens for years. I spent around a year watching videos for tokens and ended up with over 10,000 at one point.
I then decided when Foster came to the club on day 3 as an 18yr old acadamy player to start using them all. I converted basically all my tokens over to green packs and have power trained him up to the top end of 9 star every season too. I power train my first eleven up to 7 stars most seasons too, but its only ever Foster power trained to near 10 star.
I have around 2900 tokens left now, with farming tokens no longer possible like it used to be, so instead I am now looking at watching vids for greens to supliment my stack of them for future seasons. Ive never spent a single real life penny on the game - although I did get around 500 once for opening up a new betting account via one of the offers.
As players go up a star and age their training speeds drop so at the moment Foster is costing me around 400-500 greens a season to maintain at the start of day one. Thankfully I can earn around 700 greens a season from vids, gifts and rewards etc... So if I stop training my other players each season I can easily maintain Fosters power training each season.
-
A very solid day for Foster today. A hat trick and an assist in the Champions League, plus 2 goals in the League meant he picked up both MOM awards on offer today too. A goal in yesterday's Cup second leg too means that he has scored in every game of the season so far as a result.
The only down side was that Foster picked up a yellow in the Champions League game, so its going to be a bit of a tightrope for him if he wants to try and avoid a suspension in this competition at some point this season.
Yet again a very hard draw in the League, so it looks like it will be hard work to keep scoring and scoring in big amounts, whilst the Cup is simply a joke with its parings.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/15122015.png
-
Foster has had another solid day of football today, he assisted in the cup as Halifax went on to win 2-0 in the first leg, before scoring twice and getting another assist in the League.
Todays 2 goals now put him on 399 club goals, so just one more needed to hit the 400 mark. A steady start to the season, but with hard games to come its going to be interesting to see if he can keep it up.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/16122015.png
-
And He has done it!!!! Foster scores in the early Champions League game today to bring up his 400th Halifax Town goal.
He then topped it off later on in the League game with scoring a further 4 goals, with an additional assist too.
Not a bad day at all. Well done Hayden, you are now into the 400 club.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/17122015.png
-
Two yellow cards in two league games means Foster will now sit out the next league game due to suspension. Had a feeling of inevitability about it really as it looks like the game engine had pre-determined Foster was going to pick up cards all the time. 3 yellows in 12 games already this season.
On the plus, Foster is still chipping in with goals in games. Leading the league as top scorer so far, with a few assists to his name too.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/19122015.png
-
Foster has continued at a steady pace this season. His suspension in the league has been sat out, but he still has the tightrope of missing another game, this time in the Champions League, if he gets booked again.
Solid performances in the Cup have kept Halifax in the competition some how, as well as being unbeaten in the league and Champions League, where Foster keeps finding the net, has meant that the start of this season to date has been very good. 18 straight wins in this season - which is also a new club record too.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/22122015.png
-
Congratulations Hayden Foster! Today sees him hit his 250th League goal for the club.
A steady season so far has seen Foster continually produce to keep his scoring going. The Cup tomorrow looks like it could be the last one of the season as Halifax are behind after the first leg and are facing stronger opposition, but other than that everything else looks positive for the rest of the season.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/25122015.png
-
Out of the Cup as predicted, but still in both the Champions League and also 15 straight wins in the League means that it looks like that is going to be won at a canter this season.
Foster picked up 5 goals and an assist in todays game which takes him to 50 goals for the season.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/29122015.png
-
As we approach the end of the season Foster nets his 60th goal of the season - which brings up his 450th goal for FC Halifax.
4 games left in the league, which has now been won, plus a semi final second leg and potentially a final too if Halifax could get through the semi final.
The first leg of the Semi Final in the CL saw Foster suspended after he managed to get booked for a second time in the competition in the round before. That means he has picked up a total of 4 yellows this season - two in the CL and two in the League, resulting him in missing two games. It did feel like it was inevitable that he would be suspended in both competitions seeing as he got his first yellow in the first league and CL games of the season.
Focus is now being put on Sunday, where Foster will yet again under go very heavy power training to push him to the top end of 9 stars again. 15 MOM awards and a daily gift award of a cone has meant that Foster only needs 59 further cones to get to ten star, assuming he doesn't pick any other MOM or daily gifts up this season. Its assumed this will cost the club around 300 or so Greens to get Foster to this stage.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/05012016.png
-
Foster hit a double yesterday in the Champions League to help Halifax into yet another final. The double also helped him pick up the MOM award.
He failed to do anything in the League game last night, however he did score twice in todays League game, again taking the MOM award as a result.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/07012016.png
-
The season is over and Foster ends with 67 goals and 15 assists to his name. 19 MOM's too as Halifax won the league at a canter, although we did lose the final of the Champions League. Foster also wins the league top scorer award very comfortably too.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/09012016.png
457 club goals and 193 assists to his name now. Around about a dozen games off breaking the most appearance record too, so that should hopefully go next season too.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../09012016b.png
-
A new season means one thing - power training Foster to the top of 9 star to the point he goes over to ten again.
Due to him going to 25 his training speed seems to have really slowed down and its taken a couple of hours and nearly 1000 green tokens to get him to the standard required. Its been a long day but he has finally got to where we wanted.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/10012016.png
Sadly it looks like the Cup will be exited tomorrow, as yet again we are given a shark draw against a team several levels above us. Today saw a 2-0 defeat in a match that we were simply dominated by the opposition. There is very little hope of clawing anything back in the second leg, so its already a case of it being a case of making do with the league and Champions League.
With this in mind investment in the rest of the team isn't going to happen this season other than the training for Foster. We should be one of the front runners to challenge for the league, so with the cup all but over there is no point in training up further players to 7 star.
Its now a case of looking to see how kind or mean the league draw is late tomorrow night to see how this season pans out, but it could be one where goals are hard to come by.
-
Amazing scenes in the Cup today as Halifax shocked their much stronger opponent, with two late goals to win the second leg 4-1, having lost the first game 2-0.
It was Foster again who was the hero for the Shaymen, scoring after just ten mins to bring life into the tie. Halifax looked to be going out of the cup after they were pegged back to 2-1, as that made it 2-3 against on agg, with the opponent having the crucial away goal, but with just 10 mins to go Foster hit a quick double to make the agg score 4-3.
He did fail to pick up the MOM award due to his other strike partner assisting him in all 3 of Foster's goal and him netting the other, but overall a very good day not just for Foster but for Halifax too. Sadly the cup won't be viable for much longer as yet again the opponent in the next round is even harder, but its good to see a turnaround in the first tie.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/11012016.png
-
A very solid day for Foster today sees him scored 7 times. He started the day with 4 in the Champions League, although somehow managed to not win the MOM award, then followed it up with a hat trick in the league, this time getting the MOM.
The league hasn't really been kind to Halifax this season and the Cup is even worse. It will be a shock if Halifax can get past the next round in the Cup. The league should see Halifax in the top 2/3, but its very competitive. The decision to not strengthen any other player other than Foster is going to remain. The only exception will be if a really good player comes up on scout/recommendation.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/12012016.png
-
An amazing few days for Foster has seen him keep up his goal scoring streak - and amazingly kept Halifax in the Cup - with SEVEN goals over the two cup games in the last round. Amazing considering the fact that the opponent was vastly superior.
Just an assist to add to his name in the Champions League, but 6 more goals from the 3 League games too.
As of now Hayden Foster has played 326 times for Halifax. That is currently the record number of appearances for a player to date - set by Dawid Radzio - the player whom held all 4 of the major records (Goals, Assists, Appearances and Goals in a singe game).
When Foster next plays for Halifax (should be tomorrow unless something unexpected happens) he will become the record holder for all 4 of the major records - as he already holds the most goals in a game record, assist record and Goals record.
Assist wise Foster seems to have slowed down on that front in the past few seasons, but he currently sits on 195. It is hoped that some point during this season Foster will break the big 200.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/16012016.png
At 25 years old there is still plenty of time for Foster to add to his records. Let's hope there is still plenty more to come.
-
A hattrick and an assist in the early Champions League game today to carry on Foster's early season form.
With this game played Foster is now the record appearance holder for Halifax with 327 games. He now holds all 4 of the major records available.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../16012016b.png
Plenty more seasons to go to improve these records now. Lets see what he can do.
The records now stand and look like this -
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../16012016c.png
-
In todays league game Foster managed to get on the score sheet again after just 4 mins, however only managed to complete 33 mins of the game before he succumbed to injury. Back up to 2nd in the league now, with 3 of the harder teams to come in the next 4 days.
The only plus from the Foster injury is that he has been immediately healed after the game and has lost hardly any fitness from the 33 mins played, so will be on 99% fitness by the time he is next due to play in the Cup. Having Foster on full form and fitness for that could be key as we are up against a team 4 levels and +10 quality, so everyone will need to be at their best.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../16012016d.png
-
A fantastic hat trick by Foster in the second leg of the Cup secured Halifax's passage through to the next round, whilst a winning goal in the Champions League and 2 goals out of the last 3 league games has meant Foster's goal scoring has continued in the past few days.
The Champions League group is all but secure for Halifax so it looks like knockout football will come from that again. Staying in the Cup is always hard and we have already exceeded expectations in this years cup due to the hard draw. We will see how the next tie goes, but expectations aren't high. Top of the table by one point so far, having won 6 and drawn 2 of the 8 games this season. We do however have to play the two teams with higher Q than us, so its possible we could slip down again in the next few days.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/20012016.png
-
A simply superb day, not just for Foster, but also for Halifax. In the Cup today, against a much harder opponent it was noticed that they were only playing with 3 defenders and narrowly, so the decision was to expose the flanks. The end result was that Foster managed to score FOUR times, whilst assisting a further two goals as Halifax someone chalked up a 7-0 win. I think that's the highest score that has ever been recorded by Halifax against a team that has at least 5Q more than us.
A double by Foster in the league against one of the better teams later on helped Halifax scrape to a 2-1 win to remain at the top of the table too. Both the Cup and the League game saw Foster pick up MOM awards for his troubles.
To top the day off two milestones have also been broken today. The two assists that Foster got in the cup has taken him to 200 for the club. The first goal in the League game later on took Foster to 500 league goals. He ends the day on 501.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/21012016.png
-
5 goals and 2 assists in the league with 2 Man of the Match Performances over the past few days has helped keep Foster's scoring going whilst also putting Halifax to the top of the league, just.
3 goals in the 2 Champions League games, along with a Man of the Match Performance helped Halifax top their group and put them in a commanding 4-0 first leg lead in the knock out stage.
In the Cup Fosters amazing season continues, with him getting a further 5 goals in the last two games, along with 2 Man of the Match performances. The great thing about this is that 4 of these 5 goals have come in the first leg of the Quarter final, as Halifax won 7-2. Again, its against a better ranked opponent, but with a 5 goal lead confidence has to be high to get through to the Semi's now.
Foster has got 14 Man of the Match awards this season so far and with also being the recipient of a daily cone gift Foster has moved from 230 quality to 231 quality. 57 goals for him this season so far, which is a fantastic return. It takes his goal tally for Halifax to date up to 514.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/26012016.png
-
Not including the current season, this is how Foster has done in the 7 complete seasons he has had with the club.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...er%20upto7.png
With plenty more seasons to go it is hoped Foster can keep going in the same way. It does look like assists have started to dry up now, but bar his second season Foster has consistently hit over 50 goals a season, which is a fantastic achievement.
-
A steady, but not spectacular day today for Foster. A goal in the league, as Halifax win 2-0, whilst he got another goal and an assist, along with picking up the MOM award, in the Champions League as Halifax won 2-0.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/27012016.png
-
Another little milestone broken for Foster in yesterday's League game, as he hit 300 League goals.
Lets hope this continues in the next few seasons
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/29012016.png
-
Deep on the heals of getting 300 goals in the league, Foster has now hit 200 appearances in it too. 3 more goals in the past 3 league games, 2 assists and 2 MOM in that too.
The Cup looks to be over for the season - although getting to the Semi Final is a fantastic achievement considering how hard the draws are. A 3-0 loss in the first leg means that the second leg is pretty much pointless with the opposition way stronger. Foster's contribution in the first leg wasn't great.
4 goals, 1 assist and 1MOM in the Champions League games in the past few games. A 5-3 first leg lead in the semi has put Halifax in a good position to get into the final.
74 goals for the season to date now means that this is Foster's second best season to date goal scoring wise. 80 is the best return on a season, so with 5 league games and at least one more cup and CL game it will be interesting to see if Foster can match or beat the 80 record he has set.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/02022016.png
-
The goals seem to have dried up in the run in to the end of the season for Foster. He sits on 78 for the season, so a hat trick in the last league game tomorrow will see him break his best record of 80, with two goals equalling it.
Foster has only scored once in the last 4 league games, although he has got a goal in each of the two CL games he has played - which helped Halifax to pick up the CL again.
A good return on the season even if he doesn't beat his personal best, but it was hoped the last few days would have been better.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/05022016.png
-
The season is over now, with the league and the Champions League both won.
Foster got 2 in the last league game of the season, which means he ends the season on 80 goals, which equals his best ever tally.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../06022016b.png
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../06022016a.png
-
With the season over Foster's all time stats look like this -
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../06022016c.png
-
With a new season comes power training, so again Foster spent a few hours today power training himself right up to the top of 9 star again.
Due to an early kickoff in the Cup game he played the game before getting to the top of 9, but he was still able to score once as Halifax won 3-0.
His power training is now complete however, so he is ready for the season ahead.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/.../07022016b.png
-
Only the second leg of the Cup to play today and it ended in a 2-1 defeat. Thankfully, having won the first leg 3-0 its enough to see us through to the next round.
Foster never got into the game though and didn't contribute at all. Just the one goal this season from the first two games, a contrast to how well he started last season.
All attention now is on the league draw to see if it will be kind or nasty to us. Its usually very nasty so we aren't expecting much, but we wait to see regardless.
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/08022016.png
