I don't have any training schedule,if I want to give to a player fitness and speed i will use long run drill or sprint drill if I want to give him dribbling too
I can use pass,go and shoot drill if I want to give to my player speed passing,shooting
I will not write all the drills,it's so easy to see what a drill will train and what you want for your player.
