Missing Friends in Top Eleven

We are aware of the recent reports of managers having their friends vanish from Top Eleven. This is an issue on Facebook's end and we are working closely with them to resolve it as soon as possible. As it's something we can only affect in limited capacity, we aren't able to give an estimate on when exactly this will be fixed.

We are also looking into how this interacts with losing friends who were your referrals.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: We have just received an update on this issue and there should be a fix out net week.

okok, but after maintenence the server will choosen random again or still keep a old server?

In addition to this issue, has any change been made on the game engine? Alot of people are finding it hard to even win against teams we should be steamrollering. And it's not just 1 or 2 single occurences like in real life, it's as if every match is a struggle nowadays - even for token buyers.

I hope Nordeus can be more transparent about things when they do stuff like that because it affects alot of us.

There have been no changes to the game engine that would affect something like that.

i cannot recieve any gift even though friends send them to me

surely we should receive some kind of compensation with not being able to receive gift and with pack vids with exception of cash being down too, this error is NOT OUR FAULT

Nordeus PR is woeful, and they'll lose potential profits by giving away freebies, so i highly doubt that. :')

Saying it three times won't make it true. I am sorry to disagree, but they can't hide tweaks of this proportion. There has been a massive leak of miscalculation if 85% of the users are struggling against abandoned team.

I lost 0-2 home against a weaker team which used 5-3-1-1, a super defensive setup, while in the second leg i was down 4-2 against that same module. The sole fact a super defensive team scores 4 goals none of them by counter or FK or CK shows how much the engine was daMAGED. In addittion, i ended up winning 4-6 so there is no way some dev didn't press the red button and killed this already dying engine.

At last, you can't expect us to believe words from admin, devs or anyone who just post once every two or three months and for the rest, Nordeus doesn't even bother to read the thoughts here, which is supposed to be the OFFICIAL t11 forum.

Point is, you are losing customers and money and either trying desperatly to cover for that, or to squueze the last drops. Neither will work.

And if by chanche, there wouldn't be any true in what i just wrote (and again, i doubt), you as admin should carry the burden of dissatisfied customers to the devs and speak for us. COuld it be done? :rolleyes:

Basically:

-Why i do spend tokens to have a 7* team, then playing the first 4-5 matches of this season against 1)20Q weaker teams 2)illegal formations 3)players out of role 4) clearly super defensive teams which scores and play like barcelona / i can't even manage to draw against them?

-Why every time i use my 3rd sub during a game in the next 10 mins i get an injury?

-How can the engine give 75% possession to a team, fill the pressure bar for them for 90', and in the end, the opposition has alwais more shoots/on target ratio, more corners, more free kicks?

-WHy setting up light tackling during matches, expecially cup or cl, i do get 5-6 fouls and 2-3 yellow cards in the first 10 minutes, leading usually to double corners/fk--->goals?

-Why i bother to use defensive walls and aerial defenders if against 1* teams vs my 7* ones set up with a counter i take goals from corner, and 30 mts shoots?

Just a few hints.

Morgan, with you on every point except for one - no way are they losing money, all changes are designed to increase their revenue

You never know, perhaps they'll pay for some support staff and customer service

Extremely disappointed with the dishonesty here. Have you even been reading the forums? Either there's something you're hiding or you're just not sure about the game engine.

Can I suggest that you take some time to read through the forums and see what many of your seasoned customers are experiencing and then having a chat with your game developers to see if they've done anything or whether anything in the algorithm has screwed up because it sure as hell is getting not fun to play anymore.

After the big(great) one this updates the friendship plays should improve. If almost everybody is away my facebook makes friends. Only on the same(identical) server are have remained to me and these players are not on-line any more... I hang completely alone on nem dull server firmly(hard). And if no possibility(opportunity) for my friends has to come.
And now Boost or energy kits I also do not receive any more! This play it has succeeded really very well and does not make also Absolutely addicted, however, if I now any more my friends comes, unfortunately, it also gives to me no more pleasure... and whole geld I have free of charge(in vain) pure-hurled. It is stupid with so many different servers one can make friends no players sell and man is not able with her(their) plays zusehenen... Nevertheless, please, makes simply a big(great) server! I and So many other here in the forum already so much money in this play will have invested only angry!

Really curious, was it Cup games? Ive had similar results in Cup and it is puzzling as well as irritating...

I think Simon meant all of them, league, CL and Cup. I myself also saw many weird results this season. It seems like we are playing lucky draw nowadays.

Fixed for me.

Was also wondering if topeleven can help me. i have numerous friends on my top eleven list but i cant seem to support all of them e.g my brother plays from an iphone and i cant support him or visa versa

Still missing friends, tried all sorts to get him back, removed as a friend on Facebook and added through the game and then added him as a friend again and it's still not working. Any ideas any1

i'm still signed as anonymous AND missing my friends.

It's getting over the riddicolous now. A week to fix a bug is already overtimed.

Check your friends list i was looking at friends fixture`s that was still there and the one`s that were missing suddenly came back up, so it seems it fixed now :)

now for booster`s to be restored

My friendlist and giftgiving are now fixed! Thank you. Still waiting for some compensation for the inconvenience and lost gifts though.

please make manager which on different server can do negotiations with friends from different server,
or maybe just limit it with different 1 level for do negotiation.

i need all my frends from topeleven to suport me in the games i play in all seasons i heave no help from my frends in top eleven please a left a lot money in tokens and i heave 72 stars and i lost for times with 60 and 58 stars my time its must more strong then others so please i need one awser ......Atlético cacem

Könnte natürlich auch an der total falschen Taktik liegen wenn du nur mit Freunden gewinnen kannst bei der Qualität...

Could be the wrong tactic if you only could win with the bonus prozessions you got from your friends.
