For champions league, if there is a tie in points, does head to head record value above goal difference? What happens if there is a tie in everything? Is there 2 leg play-off or 1 game in neutral venue? For league I guess playoff 2 legs for promotion? Or 1 game?

Goal Difference.

For a tie in everything, then a toss of the coin will determine the winner.
