Update to 4.04 or jellybean direct download from your phone manufacturer, they will not show in your update in the phones settings need to go direct, if available you'll need to back up your phone, but it explains all that needs to be done beforehand.
I updated my Galaxy S2 4 weeks ago to 4.04 by this method after a friend told me it was available.
