I will like to know how someone becomes a fellow manager.

I think in this beta version it pulls two random friends, I loaded a couple times and got different people.
I hope in final version it shows more friends...

While yours is random mine is static, I keep seeing the same guys. One from Tunisia the other from Nigeria...

It's weird you get same, I tried with a different team and again got different friends next time I loaded,

and an error:
