Start buying scouts on the level when you see tough opposition. If you don't see tough opponents in your league, be smart about it and save them. When you need the scouts, look for 22-23 yr old with quality ending in 4 or 9 (i.e. 44, 49, 54, etc.). DO NOT SPEND on stadium upgrades, you will upgrade your stadium in time, no reason to do that with tokens.
