Are they really want you to buy scouts?

yes as that is part of the game finding a great 18 yr old you can train but with scouts you cannot do that but I just think I should have more than 11 players on here as I have had previously, I have tokens but cannot buy players and does not encourage me to purchase tokens in the future.

Did you ever look at the transfer market in different time of day? For me, lots of good players will be out on 17:00 ICT...
