When I want to sell player !!

I wonder about the market price, as you all know when you click on the "sell" button you will have a chance to increase or decrease the starting price for others to bid. But what is the standard of this ? For example i wanna sell 2 players. First player cost around 2.5m and I can set the starting price up to 2.3m. On the other hand, another player cost around 4.2m. But I can only push the starting price up to only 3.2m ! Why?? What are the factor ??
