True, but look at a RL example. Moyes with a shoestring budget vs Any manager of Chelski and/or Sir purplenose and bucketloads of $$$.

Who is the better manager? Moyes. When you cant buy quality, you adapt your game to fit the quality you have and with Moyes, he wins way more often than he loses.

We shall see if he can keep up this quality of management with ManUre. I cant see him winning the league....but I do see ManUre top 5.

All that to say, if you can manage your team without buying tokens or token farming, and still produce solid results, then you have manager skills. If you start losing your games...then it was your players, not you that was the reason you were winning and proves you are not a good manager.
