Hidden Stat

Hey, do anyone knows if there is any hidden statistic on a player beside the training speed? i.e. some players never perform well despite a high price tag. Thanks.

Theres bound to be some hidden stats on players, like adaptability, ambition, determination, loyalty, pressure, professionalism, sportsmanship and temperament like they have on Football Manager, got to have this thing in to affect how a player develps/performs. For all you know your next signing could be a Joey Barton type player.
