negotiatons

hello guyz i would like to make a question... i can see players in negotiaton and i was wondering how i can set mine players for negotiaton too...

You can't set players to negotiations by yourself. They work in such a way that anyone from you server can make you an offer if that player fulfills all the conditions. You can read about it here. So, if somebody wants to buy your player he must first open opponent screen, go to your squad and open player view.

But if you wondering about the list of players in negotiation list in transfers view, those are the players from the server which need only one more skill point to get the sixth star. If you have such a player he will be there.
