    Friendly or training ??

Between friendly and full cycle of training, which one is better for gaining exp ?

Are these two consume the same amount of condition ??

    thx

I mix it up, played 3 friendlies and did some cardio & stretching today, really dependent upon my schedule.

I prefer training as you get more skill points but with friendlies you can earn booster packs but be aware both carry a risk of injuries.

Based on this answer, it depends on what your priorities are. You say you want more exp so go for training over friendlies. However if you do friendlies you can earn green boosters, which aid training anyway.

That is indeed correct, in an ideal world you might want to do both depending how busy your schedule is.

    I mix both of them

I play 1 friendly every day against my second team, easy tackling for both.
The players don't gain a lot of skill points but they consume few % of condition.
For every friendly match I get 1 green, 3 blue and (when lucky) a red bag.

Then I close the training session with cardio and stretching

Now that nordeus closed vids for reds and greens, id go for friendlies, but still training if its just 5-10% until the next game. Friendlies always in the evening after the last competition game, for better recovery and one day off all sustained injuries.
