salary doesn't change by player improvement. Salary is always the same as much as the moment you had him. When i promoted him from young acca, he is 18yo, 22Q, i make him vice captain last season and Captain this season

no i don't power trainning but each day last season i give him and 2 other player green pack earned from match.
about 40 green ( 1.5 green each day last season ===> about 40 in total). this season, i don't give him any green but he has 14 skill point from man of the matche,
