So today I decided to buy a new gk from one of my friends but unfortunately I found out that I can't make an offer. I'm 10 lvl and the gk i 69 points which means that I see him as a 5 star player so I should be able to make an offer but I can't. And that happens only with this friend from who I want to buy the player. I can make offers for other of my friends players but I can't make an offer for him. So any ideas why I is this happening.. ?
Edit: My friend is 13 lvl.

If you are not on the same server with him, you won't be able to transfer players from him

Yes he is but the strange things is that few hours ago I was able to make an offer for his player but now I can't that's why I'm asking what can be the problem.
