@Weed, if players is more then 5 stars you can't make offer also when you make an offer, you have a starting price 5,6,7,8+ :) only 1 token you can't.
You can, but only if the player appears as a maximum 5* player to you. When you make the offer, there will be a minimum of 6 tokens that go to Nordeus, and on top of that, you have to make an offer to the manager. There's a slider that you can adjust, and the minimum offer is slightly below the player's market value and 0 tokens, both increasing as you go along the slider, on top of the negotiation fee that you have to pay to Nordeus in tokens.Quote:
