What happens to the football market?

Hi guys, i have that big problem. My team is AS Orca, we are in the 11 league, but i have a loto of problem to buy players, cause, in the previously season, i can find only 4 stars player in the market place and in this season no one 5 stars, only few 4 stars and a lot of uselesses 3 star. So, i don't understand wich is the problem. Why aren't good players, while in the same period, i have see with the team of a friend, that he can find a lot of good players? I love that game, but i can't play in this way. It's not funny and i can't improve my team. So, please, try to give me some good answers. Bye

More then sure because you are on the highest level on your server and you don't have from where to buy others, there are no others with higest level to sell you.
