they definitely cut back on a lot. Even videos for tokens are scarce. 5 Cash videos were available on IOS yesterday but not on my laptop.
Upgrade the seats and spread the cost out over 4 short upgrades instead of just 1 long upgrade. The length of the upgrade, the cost and the number of seats obtained are all equal, but you get to take advantage of the increased capacities sooner.
