    Problems with negotiation screen

    I went to buy a player from the negotiation screen, cost me 10 Ts, £2.1M in transfer fees and got no player.

    depending on when you bid the other team has 24hrs to either accept - set offer to what they want or decline your offer, if they decline then you get your tokens back
