You receive a payment at the start of the sponsorship deal and that's it until it finishes and you re-sign. I apologise if that isn't what you're asking .. it's a little hard to tell :/

If you signed and didn't receive any coins or tokens then you'll have to ask Nordeus ..

Michael: You go to the fixtures tab, click on friends fixtures and you can click on their games from there (and watch if they're playing)
