All I can think of is that maybe he tried to provoke a bidding war on the market to gain extra $, but other than that it's a stupid mistake to make.

Agreed. Do you not think that there is a problem when negotiating ? what i mean is that i willingly would have give up to 10 tokens for him as i wanted him, but this also would of pushed up his price to 50M+ and i would not of wanted to pay that when his market value is only 34M, Obviously this would rise after 1 sp,he would then be 6* but not worth 50M even then????.
