No, it should not be. You get 2% bonus possession from each friend, but I don't know any way how they can harm your team.
By the way, 15% is the max bonus. Even if there are so many people watching, it will remain at 15. But if there are more people coming and the current total bonus for our team is more than 15, it still remains at 15 until there are more people on the other side and subtract the bonus...

When my son supports me my form drops noticeably and drastically,we have tested this in game and when we play friendly's(he supports me in friendly's and he wins no matter what tack-ticks we use).
