Incredible losses

From time to time my team has an incredible weak performance. Last season i won the league with 1 loss and 2 draws. I had more than 100 goals scored, and only 14 conceded. The only lost game was with a bot team, who won 5:1 against me.

Two days ago, i had an away cup game, which i lost 5:0. I had better possession, more free kicks and more corners. The total shots were 15-13 and the shots on target were 9-7 for him. Every pass i tried was intercepted, every shot i had was into the body of someone. What managed to get to the goal, was clutched by the goalkeeper.

Let's say he was supposed to beat me, but seriously, 5:0? Today is my chance to repair this "mistake" but 5:0 it's pretty difficult. A 3:1 or even 4:1 was easier to manage.

Anyway, does anyone has the answer to these catastrophes?

P.S.: last season exactly same round i was eliminated 4:0 lost first round, 3:0 won the second round.

cup has always weird results,specially from bots and inactive.
The IDIOTS try to silulate the real football situation with lots of suprises..

imo don't bother with it..5-0 is a big loss ,but if u still want to try it tell us about formations to see if there is any idea

seems that every team using a final 1-1 (amc st) is unbeatable this season. I myself lost 0-2 home against a team using 5-3-1-1 countering with a rightful 3-1-4-2, and yet he overpowered me in my own half with just 2 players. Sad but true, this season is the worst engine ever.

Counters don't matter much atm, all depends on Engine choiche.

On a side note, i'd go 3-5-2 V with reds on ams, or 3n-1-2mc-amr/aml/amc-1, reds still in same spots.

I've never had a big loss.

In seasons 1, 2 and 3 I did have a lot of big wins.
I think my record is a 12-0 league win.
That changed in season 4, but I still had a few fairly big wins of 5 and 6-0.

Now in season 5, with a reduction in players stats (as always) combined with better opponents who have more experience, I am rotating my squad for cup games and using best players/subs for CL and league.

I'm waiting a few days before clearing out some of my squad, keeping the best young players, clearing out any player below 4 stars and will look to bring in older players with good stats.
I know what I have to buy because I always play the same formation, and prices tend to drop a bit as the season goes on, with older players getting cheaper, and less auction madness.

Yes, this season blows for me too, inexplicable losses are killing me.

I won the 2nd leg 5-2. But he injured my 4stars AMC, free-kick specialist, after 12 minutes, and because i was online on my phone, it took me too long to make the substitution. So he scored twice in this time, making 1-2. After replacing my AMC with a MC, and changed the formation, i still managed to score another 4 goals.

This game is blowing my brains out. I hate it.

This game also keep giving me sucked results in the last few matches. My team was superior to those teams I played. In addition, I also played counter formations for every match, which worked well for me the last few seasons. And what f*cking fed me off is that I drew or lost whenever I watched a game while I won for matches that I didn't. It also happened to my second acct. Thinking to let the team to play on its own without supporting to see how. Now I understand some of you guys feelings when you said it's a game of randomness. Fck Nordeus and their stupid engine.
