It's a good idea but the chat should be here at the forum and the game also to facilitate the conversations between the members and friends here and in the game as well.
I'm dreaming that they can put an option in the game to make each one see if the managers online or offline and this complete your Idea also and will be v.important in negotiation.
I hope someone see what we say now.

nah chat would be for negotiations, maybe hot dogs already around (already have building for snacks and beverages)
its not all time ur busy managing your team but negotiations process will be done..hope the management of nordeus will read our suggestion..
