Hello. How can i put a player on negotiation section of Transfers ?
If the player only 1 skill point to next star (scout) then he will be automatically placed in the negotiations list ...to get access to that list you have to be at least lvl 4 manager ....
Click on player >> Contract >> Sell

That will only place the player on the normal transfer list.Quote:

You can't actually place your own players on the negotiation list. It happens automatically, or if somebody else happens to view your squad list and makes an offer.
