Wanting to restart

Hey guys i was wondering if there is anyway to restart i managed to get to level 7 then forgot to go onto it for 2 weeks. When i went back on i had no squad except 2 star and 1 4 star player. So i'd like to know could i restart

you can open a new facebook account and make a new team there, only way i have read about.

Just tank this season and continue at the start of next season, I wouldn't waste 6 months playing time to get back to L7 when you quite easily be L13.
