Yes, Its not a bad idea when your the stronger team because you will have the same formation strenghths/weeknessess, only thing you cant see are the manager team orders. The stronger team should win naturally but this is not always the case, if there is not a lot of difference in player quality then the other team would have a chance of winning the game.
