When my players goes to next level (takes a new star)???
I spend my training gaming points to offense for midfielders strikers etc and defense on defenders gk etc

Players lose a star when your team is promoted to the next level because your playing better quality opposition. You can spend your skill points gained on whatever aspect you want, defence,attack or physical until a max imbalance of 20 average from best category to worst category.
