Where are you in the standings? There might not be enough time to tank the season anymore, and in that case you should try and finish as high as possible. If you're sure you can finish outside the top 7, then I say go for it.
It's called tanking and yes it's been done before.

I am already at 8th with a game in hand and separated only by GD with 7th I think it's gonna be ok with every one at wings and focused passing straight through the middle
Yeah you should be fine.. just hope that the rest of your games aren't against teams behind you tryna do the same thing :P but with your players at such low condition you should be good.. but careful as lots of them might get injured I think, which could screw you over for the start of next season.
I don't worry about the injuries since most of my valued players are subs and I have 60 heals left
