About LinkBacksI'm new in the game. When I check the results after a game every time. It shows 'No one was present' with Supporters in Spectators column. It means no crowd in my stadium.
How can it change? Do I have to upgrade my stadium?

Just reduce ticket prices

26-0-0 league (4) - Levels 3, 4, 7 & 8

Crowd (fans) are indicated all the way at the bottom (venue).
Supporters are other managers who watch your game live, you don't have to upgrade your stadium (it won't help).
Try watching someone else's match and check the stats, you'll show up as supporter (+2% posession)

How to invite friends to watch your live mach to earn possession?
You don't. If you have friends ingame, or on facebook, and they can't see your match, than they are on a different server, and there's nothing you can do.
