there is a button screenshot somewhere near F12 or delete in your key board, push it and ctrl+ V in a MS paint file, upload to photobucket.com or something like this then paste the link with [IMG] here or juste click to insert image of the forum reply form and up load direct to forum

if it's still difficult to you, in your top eleven there is an icon Photo machine below the packs, click it and share your photo in facebook, then find it link and post here
