Finished 4th in League! Not bad considering how I started the season with negative cash, knocked out of cup in first round, had no CL to play and had not many tokens (non token buyer)

And we lost our first CL final!

Not much to do there as we were rigged to be so. Facing the weakes team so far, against a ND, our 3-5-2 V destroyed them with 65% possession and pressure. We followed the match and had one supporter while the opponent didnt, with 15% bonus, and yet we couldnt score once in fhe first half despite the 13 shoots/8 on target. In the end we scored with Stark, and with their first shoot on goal they immediatly drew one minute later. All the shoots from us went wide and in the extra time Stark took the pole twice.

Ofc, on the penalty we lost 5-4

Bit disappointing, but i guess a tanking season wont allow you to be victorious no matter what in the end with 24 shoots/16 on target vs 5/1, we lost :[

Season Review - Troll City - Season 10 - Level 10

The Trollers had another average season, disappointing to lose at the beginning of the RR Cup again and also failed at the group stage in the Champions League, but gained a respectable 3rd in the league while fighting against 2 scout teams in the league, they came up short by losing or drawing a few crucial games towards the back end of the season, but it was a tough league so I guess it was a case of 'job done' for getting another season of CL football for Troll City.

We are selling the entire squad except Fairbairn and Archer and replacing eveyone with 3* retiring FA's so Troll City get easy cup draw tomorrow. There is 500T in the account.

LEAGUE ROUND 26 - PERFECTION

The NGE did it's best to keep the score low down in this one as Neko defended well and actually threatened to score on a few occasions but obviously with the stronger team and legal formation, July Fourth were always going to win here. It did take us a while to break the deadlock with Miku scoring from 30 meters midway through the first half, we missed a catalogue of chances afterwards and it wasn't until Kusama just before half-time made it 2-0 and July Fourth were now on course to complete the perfect season, with the race for the clubs TGS undecided Pietropaolo kept on setting up Papaleo for chances to win and Papaleo also had a solo effort go wide, any corners won were headed out by the Neko defence... Then Petersen made certain of the Perfect Season with a brilliant brace from both goals scoring from distance. It seemed that shooting from distance was the best way score against this Neko illegal formation that seemed to park the bus. Papaleo had one last chance to get TGS but put it wide and that means TGS is shared between Papaleo and Pietropaolo this season... The final whistle went and July Fourth's fans came onto the field in a pitch invasion to salut the players and mark the clubs history with July Fourth completing a Perfect Season for the first time in the clubs history!!!

Great season for my level 4 squad, thecageyones. Winning all 3 competitions. You can see they're no token team either.





And my new babies, Maiden Utd, on their first season - Nothing but earned tokens used here, and they shall remain that way.




And may as well post up the final standings for Cage FC's league. They really were never challenged. Though they didn't get far in either cup or CL. Making thecageyones my favourite team for now. Much less money spent on them, they had way more injuries but managed all 3 tournament wins.
