HEADLINE: The "black weekend" continues for Balkan United; draw, minimal win and injuries .....
- The period of glory and domination seem to be in the past, and a period of struggle and unrest seem to be knocking on the door. After yesterdays loss to the Turkish "Kanarya SK" with 1-0, we hit another wall today as we played another Turkish team "Mustafa FC". Despite the quality advantage, our 5-6* players just couldn't do any better against their 2-3* players. The game ended 2-2 and Kanarya SK, Balaz Utd and TIM FC are closing in with just 6 rounds to play.
Earlier on we faced the Italian "Antonio FC" in the CUP semifinal which we barely managed to beat by 0-1 away. Despite being a abandoned team and playing with a Illegal formation, we just couldn't hit off or score another goal for that matter. Hopefully we will have more luck in the return on Tuesday.
We got 3 of our best players injured as well: Saso Jusufi (DL), Jose Maria Llera (MC) and our key player Nikolay Iliyanov (MC) will all be away for another 2 or 3 days, and as it currently stands I will be forced to search for replacements by tomorrow morning. And players like Miguel Paraza (MC) and Abdou Abdel Aty will be sold due bad performance (5-5 resp 6-5-4).
Tomorrow we play the Slovenian team "TIM FC" (currently 4th) and a win is a must if we want to keep the competition out and not end up losing the league title for that matter!
It's my main team that ran away with the league, but I have 2 side teams that I started later, wanted to see how I'd get on without buying any tokens. Both of them are in much tighter spots. One top by a point, with the team in 2nd to be played again, that'll be the decider there no doubt. The other are 2pts behind the leaders, again, the top team to be played once more. And the teams chasing aren't far behind either. I love when it's like that. There was no challenge really for my level 5 squad this round. I'm hoping it'll be tougher at level 6.
Well you have to win against Tim :D
I WILL EAT HIM FOR DINNER TOMORROW! http://www.gbcnet.net/images/smilies...mileyTurns.gif

I do not think I will be able to match the feat of single digit against of last season. :p
Again! Cech injured! So you really want to see Schwarzer goalkeeping? I can buy tokens and he will play! Problems?

--- Breaking News ---
Zwietracht Frankfurt is out of the Champions League, even the Team won their home Match against Mu FC. Zwietracht didn't managed to score high enough, it looked like the goal of Mu FC was covered with bricks. Zwietracht had enough chances to make 5-6 goals but only 1 to 0 was on the board at the end of the Match. Manager Flatthg said after the Match: "This is the bitterest win we ever had, a win and a lose at the same time..."
Found this player on the B.U server this morning... ST with DF-wall

There is a lot of players like this Ljepoje :D
Uff... Today we will face mfc TWICE... This club is our hardest opponent in the history of RXL... This will be two hard matches.. He also actually changed his formation to an illegal one, so either he don't knows about illegal formations or he tries to confuse me... we shall see...
LOL! It's first time I see this kind of player... Hopefully I will bump into a GK as free kick specialist

Well, some keepers can really kick too... that would be awesome
easy day in league I put the "b" team out and they had a good time

Still fretting/debating on what formation to put on pitch for CL against this guy

Testing my facecam for tomorrow's RR Cup and penultimate match livestream...pnr8555
Well, it shouldn't be a "impossible" task. I remember that one forum member had his GK as penalty taker :D
About the formation/moduel issue: I would go with the 4-3N-2W-1 or 3W-2N-3-2... A simple 4-1-4-1 could work as well, but you never know nowadays. Perhaps you should just pick your best 11 players and go with it, sometimes it does the "trick".
Today's CL opponent in the semis:

Our last project after double roling up and SA reached the 5* cap and is ready for next season. It took several greens less than we thought. His current value shows that we werent wrong. He still trains 150+ on the hardest training.

Another 8* Player... Our top performing defender is now 8* thanks to some farmed greens in the last week.

This means we have ELEVEN 8* players as well as 9* Miku.
LEAGUE ROUND 21 - 6 PAST BENCA WASN'T A FLUKE
July Fourth 6-1 Benca FC
July Fourth 132.0 Hexagon - Benca 123.5 4-1-4-1
We put 6 past Benca 2 weeks ago when they had a player sent off and we played against 10 men, today was different, Benca played with 11 men and we managed to achieve the same feat by scoring 6 goals, Watson was on top form for us as he setup Kusama to give us the lead on 18 minutes before Watson made a goal for himself on 23 minutes with a brilliant dribble into the area and a great strike. Petersen made it 3-0 with a 25 meters shot but Benca pulled one back through a D'Oriano pass to setup Ortiz, Papaleo setup Pietropaolo to put the game beyond any doubt before HT and we lead 4-1, Papaleo put through by Pietropaolo but a shot wide, Before a spectacular hatrick completed by Watson with a excellent long range strike and then Kusama returning him a favour from the first goal for a simple tap in... Watson could of had a 4th a few minutes later but hit the woodwork, Miku and Petersen also had further efforts denied.
Goals: Kusama (18) Watson (23,56,60 HAT) Petersen (32) Ortiz (38) Pietropaolo (44) MOTM: Watson - 1pt
Manager Points: Watson 3,Kusama 2,Petersen 1
Manager Points Race For 2nd: Beckett 23,Petersen 23,Papaleo 23,Calavicci 19,Ramirez 19,Watson 18,Kusama 17 (Pietropaolo 44)
Team Talk: Yeah we smashed one of our friend clubs on the server again, but we seem to be finding our best form once again in this very important run up to the end of the season where July Fourth history can be made this season, Batigo United drew today, which means we can win the league tomorrow with a win at Pistol Rovers tomorrow. We face "ThE KoP" tonight in the CL Semi-Final 1st leg at home.
1st Own Made Triple Role Player with SA as Shadow Striker and Scout too ... All at a time .... with Barcelona Official Jersey ...
I played 7 friendlies per day + regular matches until now so wasnt much of a problem feeding greens to him :p
With what we'll be farming now we'll take Murdock to 6* hopefully.
Also:

We squashed them just all right despite our tanking.
Has anyone been tanking from season's start won the CL before? I think it d be a quite nice achievement!
Kirchroa FC
We had a hard game today. The first game was easy against this opponent. But important is that we have won.

Tnx JF to update :)
My server is online again, finally. :)
Cl semis update: Lleons FC (62.5, 4-3W-1-2) - FC Kneipenkick (57.7, 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow diamond)
http://i40.tinypic.com/2tug7.png
Both managers could not watch the match due to the server crash, so I can't write too much about it.
Lleons went 2-0 in front by Ahumada (53.) and Valldosera (58.), but FCK striked back by Garcia (70.) and Monroe (84.).
The home team had more possesion, 55-45, but shots on goals were even (9-9) and thus also the efficiency (22%). No yellow and red cards were given and no one got injured. So I think it is a fair result that leaves all options for both managers in the returning leg.
