I knew that for Cup is depend on your team quality and you can be draw against the team level above than you. But how about CL and League ? How do they draw ?? Do the overall quality matter ???

Cup is on quality
c/l & league is level on server although if there is a shortage of teams you could be thrown in with a level above.
So you mean that it's pure random and quality don't matter right ? So if I strengthen my team I still have a chance to be in a weak league right ?Quote:
