Can i accumulate skill points?

I don't understand why you would do this.
It's like to trying to run faster with no food for days.
Every day your players get 100-150-200 skill improvement form games and training if they have no sp to learn how do you improve them.

Maybe I'm missing the point if so, someone can explain the advantage as I'm always keen to learn.

i will stay my own league and i will not promote this season.
i will have more powerful team next season. that's reason.
