in the last day i have lost around 10 tokens because my app restarts and i have to log bk in its bad enough trying to get tokens up together let alone loosing them half way through a bidding war because the app is faulty .... can i please have some tokens back? thanks.
You won't get any tokens back. You can contact support but they are obliged to give you a token rebursement. I've lost many tokens due to bad internet connection and thats life, you gotta move on.
