A strange thing happened today, My TV sponsor was up & for the first time I had the option to use the 3rd sponsor (defeat your opponents) which gives you extra tokens if you win in the league, Ive only lost one game in 3 seasons so opted for it. Surprisingly enough I drew my game today which I should have won as I am over 10Q more & the formation felt right. I'm thinking Troll or just coincidence.
I use the one that gives the most tokens which is the extra for dedication

26-0-0 league (4) - Levels 3, 4, 7 & 8
Undefeated in league (11) - Levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14
Cup winners (2) - Level 1 & 14
Cup 3rd place (1) - Level 12
Champions League Winners (10) - Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14
Champions League Runners up(1) - Level 9

Use "extra for dedication" and your guaranteed 35T a season if you log in everyday.
If you use "win your tokens" you wont even get 35T a season even if you go 26-0-0 in the league. "win your tokens" is such a bad deal to everyone... but if they threw in "Win 1T for winning CL and Cup matches" as well, then it would be interesting to see what managers would go for.

It's such a waste of time, who on earth would want to pick anything other than the dedication sponsorship? Only reason I can see otherwise is if you're on a break/holiday.
Quick Buck (Unlock at L4) may be a good option especially when you are in hurry for tokens...
