Morning!

As i've just hit level 4 i've been looking at the Negotiations market (something new 'n all) ... anyhoo, all the decent players I can't make offers on as there is no option. On all the players I wouldn't consider it seems fine with the make offer button at the bottom :/

Is there a particular reason behind this?

you can only make an offer for 4 or 5* players, not 6*.

He's a 5 star player in the negotiation page, so I presumed anyone there could be bidded on ...

what makes anyone think that someone would pay more than twice the going rate for a player. example, i wanted a player that was worth 5.2 million and gave an offer of 5.5 million i was then suprised to see that the owner wanted 11 million for the player.
