why do I have games so close together?

I have several days where the games only give me 15 minutes between games. Why are they doing this? This is not how they schedule things in real football.

unfortunately happens with the majority of teams that play most than 1 match per day.

is this something that willt ake them months to fix? Are the using governement workers or something?
