BORING BORING Transfer list/ BORING game.

I have a friend, his team is lvl 25 and he have a great wonderful transfer list with player 18-21 year old, 5 star all and lot of them with ability.
what i understood this 2 years of top eleven, there are 2 type of transfer list: one with player that are in sell from player like me and u ( this type is the problem ) and one with player young and very good player that are in sell from Top Eleven from team that doesn't exist ( this type of transfer list is the best, what i ask)
